How to use a voucher code
A UK voucher code is a short string you paste at checkout. It works when the offer is still in date, the basket matches the terms, and the shop still accepts that code.
Check the offer before you reveal it
Read the expiry and the terms on the shop page. The checked date is the day we last confirmed the offer. A code can end before the printed end date.
Apply it at checkout
A deal with no code is a tracked link, not a string to paste. Use “Get this deal” and the reduction is already on the landing page, or it is not available.
- Reveal the code. The shop opens in a new tab from the same button.
- Add a product the terms allow. Sale lines, gift cards and made-to-order items are the usual exclusions.
- Paste the code into the discount box and confirm the new total before you pay.
When a code does not apply
The usual causes are an ended offer, a basket under the minimum, a product the terms exclude, or a second code already in the box. The same code is listed once.
Questions
